Items are usually dispatched 3 to 5 working days (Mon - Fri) after receipt of payment. If the processing time for an item takes longer, this is explicitly stated in the product description.

All shipments are sent with tracking.

Download articles are available for download immediately after receipt of payment.

Fresh flowers are not shipped. They can be delivered within Leipzig or picked-up by yourself.
